You must register an account to access and use our services. Upon registration,
you receive 150 free credits to try our hosting services. By creating an account,
you represent that the information provided is accurate and complete.
Astronyx offers hosting services for various platforms, including game servers and Discord bots.
These services are accessed and managed through our integrated systems,
including Pterodactyl and CtrlPanel.
Our services operate on a credit-based system. Users may purchase digital credits via PayPal or iDeal,
with all transactions processed through our Discord server.
All purchases are final. Astronyx does not provide refunds for any reason.
Users may upload their own files to our servers. You are solely responsible for the content you upload,
and you agree not to upload or distribute content that violates any applicable laws or our Terms.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of The Digital Services Act.
This includes, but is not limited to, hosting illegal content, running spam services, or engaging in malicious activities.
Astronyx does not collect user data for any purposes. However, basic platform analytics may be available
through the systems we integrate with, such as Discord or Pterodactyl.
We integrate with third-party tools, including but not limited to: Pterodactyl, CtrlPanel, and Discord.
Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astronyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with
applicable laws, and not through individual or class-action lawsuits in court.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes your
acceptance of any revised Terms.
By using Astronyx, you acknowledge and accept that service interruptions and data loss may occur, and
you agree that Astronyx shall not be held responsible for any damages or
losses resulting from such events.
Astronyx reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or service at any time, for any reason,
without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of
these Terms or misuse of the platform. We are not liable for any data loss resulting
from account termination, server failures, or other technical issues.
It is your responsibility to maintain backups of any important data you
upload to or create using our services.
